CHICKEN JALFAREZI

Recipe

  • 1. Add 100 mls of water to 100grams of Chicken Jalfarezi Spice Blend in a bowl to make a paste.
  • 2. Fry the paste on medium heat in 3tbsp oil till fragrant (2-3 minutes). Add 1Kg chicken thigh fillets to the pan and cook till tender. This could take 15-20 minutes. Keep adding water as needed.
  • 3. Add cubes of capsicum, tomatoes and onions and stir fry till done.

Ingredients

Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Tomato, Coriander, Turmeric, Salt, Chilli, Cumin, Garam Masala, Clove, Citric Acid, Paprika and Sugar.
