Singapore Fish Head Curry


  • 1.Buy 1 kg of fish head and ask your fishmonger to clean it.Mix entire content of this box with 400 mls of water. ‚Äč
  • 2. Pour 4 tbsp of oil in a pan.Then add fish head and cook till brown.Add fish sauce and soy sauce.
  • 3.Add the paste to your pan and simmer till cooked.


Onion, Cumin, Salt, Citric Acid, Coriander, Cinnamon, Garlic, Chilli, Cardamon, Tomato, Garam Masala,Fenugreek, Curry leaves, Ginger, Turmeric ,Paprika, Chaat Masala and Mace.
