Mutton Curry


  • 1. Add 100 mls of water to 100 grams of Mutton Curry Spice Blend in a bowl to make a paste
  • 2.Fry the paste on medium heat in 3 tbsp oil till fragrant (2-3 minutes). Add 1Kg of Mutton cubes to the pot.
  • 3. Cook till tender. This could take 30-45 minutes. Keep adding water as needed. Add coconut cream/paste for South Indian Style.
