2. Fry the paste on medium heat in 3 tbsp oil till fragrant (2-3 minutes). Add 1Kg lamb / beef or chicken cubes to the pot.
1. Add 100 mls of water to 100 grams of Vindaloo Spice Blend in a bowl to make a paste.
3.And cook till tender on medium heat. This could take 30-45 minutes depending on the meat.Keep adding water as needed.
