Food Colour 110 & 124, Mace, Corriander and Food Acid 330.
Tandoori Lamb Chops
Tandoori Prawn / Fish
1. Mix 100 grams of yoghurt with one tablespoon of Tandoori Masala.
Mix in 100 mls of oil.
2. Add mixture to chicken or any other meat and marinate for a minimum of two hours or overnight.
3.Cook using either a non-stick frypan, grill or BBQ.Then garnish with chopped fresh corriander.
