3.Add 200 mls of thickened cream/yoghurt to finish.
1.Add 100 mls of water to 100 grams of Chicken Korma Spice Blend in a bowl to make a paste.
2. Fry the paste on medium heat in 3tbsp oil till fragrant (2-3 minutes). Add 1Kg chicken thigh fillets to the pot and cook till tender. This could take 15-20 minutes. Keep adding water as needed.
