1.Add 100 mls of water to 100grams of Chicken Jalfarezi Spice Blend in a bowl to make a paste.
2.Fry the paste on medium heat in 3tbsp oil till fragrant (2-3 minutes). Add 1Kg chicken thigh fillets to the pan and cook till tender. This could take 15-20 minutes. Keep adding water as needed.
3.Add cubes of capsicum, tomatoes and onions and stir fry till done.
